Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only the information you give us and the aggregate analytics data described below. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles from third-party sources.

Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, website address (optional), the service you are interested in (optional), and the content of your message.

Booking form data

When you book a strategy call we collect the information you enter into the scheduling form, including your name, email address, the time slot you select, and any context you add about your business.

Analytics data

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. This records page views, sessions, referring source, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address. Analytics only runs after you consent to analytics cookies.

Cookies

We store your consent preference so the banner does not reappear on every visit, and — only after you consent — analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. Section 4 covers this in detail.

2. How we use it

• Responding to your inquiry and continuing the resulting business conversation.
• Scheduling and preparing for consultations you request.
• Improving this website: what content is useful, where navigation fails, which pages need work.
• Understanding traffic patterns in aggregate, such as which markets and channels bring visitors here.

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you submitted a form.

3. Third parties

We share data only with the service providers that operate this website and our communications. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Google (Analytics, Tag Manager)

Website analytics and tag delivery. Runs only after analytics consent.

Cloudflare

Hosting, content delivery, and form processing through Cloudflare Workers.

Resend

Email delivery for the notifications generated by your form submission.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies

On your first visit a consent banner asks how you want cookies handled. Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies runs before you choose.

• Essential cookies — required for basic navigation, security, and remembering your consent choice. Always active.
• Analytics cookies (GA4) — measure how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Off until you accept.
• Marketing cookies — would support advertising measurement. Off until you accept.

You can change your preferences at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which makes the consent banner appear again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as needed for the business communication they started, and for our own record of that correspondence. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' retention settings, which default to 26 months. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time using the contact details in section 9.

6. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Write to hello@inquivix.com and we will respond.

• Korean residents — you have the rights granted by the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법, PIPA), including access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing.
• EU and EEA residents — you have the rights granted by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
• California residents — you have the rights granted by the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to deletion, and the right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.

7. Processing under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act

This section sets out the elements required of a 개인정보 처리방침 under PIPA.

Purpose of processing (개인정보 처리 목적)

Responding to inquiries, scheduling consultations, delivering and improving this website, and analyzing site traffic.

Processing and retention period (처리 및 보유 기간)

Inquiry and booking data is kept for the duration of the business communication and our record of it. Analytics data follows Google's 26-month default retention.

Provision to third parties (제3자 제공)

We do not provide personal information to third parties for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Outsourced processing (처리 위탁)

Google (analytics and tag management), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, form processing), and Resend (email delivery), each processing only on our instructions.

Rights of the data subject (정보주체의 권리)

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time, and may exercise these rights through a representative.

Security measures (안전성 확보 조치)

Encrypted transmission over HTTPS, access control limiting personal data to the staff who need it, and use of established processors that maintain their own security programs.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be described here rather than applied silently.
