OUR STORY

How we got here

The Gap Global agencies under-prioritized Korea, while many local agencies were not built for international-client communication.

INQUIVIX was founded on a simple observation: international companies entering South Korea were being underserved. Global agencies treated Korea as a footnote in their APAC strategy. Local Korean agencies lacked the English-language communication and Western business standards that foreign clients expected. The gap was clear, and it was costing brands real money and real time.

The Model English-language strategy and client communication paired with Korean campaign execution and content production.

We built INQUIVIX to close that gap. From day one, the agency was designed around a bilingual operating model: strategy and client communication in English, campaign execution and content production in Korean. We hired Korean-native marketers who understood both the platforms and the culture, paired them with client-facing strategists who understood the business context international brands operate in, and built workflows that deliver Korean-market results with the reporting and communication standards of a global agency.

The Presence INQUIVIX operates from Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with specialists across strategy, platforms, content, paid media, influencers, and analytics.

Over the years, that model has served hospitality brands entering Korea for the first time, consumer electronics companies scaling their Korean e-commerce presence, B2B technology firms building pipeline with Korean enterprises, and education and finance brands navigating Korea’s regulatory and cultural landscape. The clients change. The approach holds.

Today, INQUIVIX operates from Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the center of Korea’s business and technology district, with a team that spans strategy, Naver and Kakao platform specialists, Korean content producers, paid media managers, influencer coordinators, and analytics.

OUR VALUES

How we work

Local execution, global standards

Korean execution. Global reporting and communication standards.

Every campaign is executed in Korean by our Seoul team, but planned, reported, and communicated to the standard a London, New York, or Singapore CMO expects. No translation layer. No timezone delays on critical decisions.

Strategy before spend

Strategy, KPIs, and timeline defined before any spend.

We do not start campaigns before the research is done. Every engagement begins with a documented strategy, defined KPIs, and a realistic timeline. Clients know exactly what they are paying for and how we will measure success.

See our process

Platform expertise, not platform guessing

Our own Naver and Kakao accounts: in the system, not proxied.

Our team holds advertising accounts on Naver and Kakao. We operate inside the platforms, not through third-party proxies. When Naver changes its algorithm or Kakao updates its ad formats, we know the same day, because we are in the system.

Measured by revenue, not activity

Reported on revenue and ROAS, not impressions or follower counts.

We report on the metrics that matter to your business: revenue, qualified leads, ROAS, conversion rates. Not impressions, likes, or follower counts. If a campaign is not contributing to business outcomes, we say so and we fix it.
